Using this website
By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to place an order. Please use the site lawfully and do not interfere with its security or operation.
Products and variants
We aim to describe and display each product accurately. Screen settings, lighting and manufacturing batches may cause small differences in colour or finish. Some selectors combine colours and model codes; features, capacity and accessories may differ by variant. Please check the selected variant and order summary before purchasing.
Product images, specifications and supplier performance claims are provided for guidance. Runtime, airflow and charging results vary with the model, speed, battery condition and environment.
Prices, payment and orders
Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Delivery fees, taxes or import charges that apply to your destination will be shown or communicated before the order is confirmed where possible. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own conversion or transaction fees.
Submitting an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we accept the order and send confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, pricing is clearly incorrect, payment cannot be authorised, or we reasonably suspect fraud. If we have already taken payment, we will refund the affected amount.
Delivery
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless we expressly agree otherwise. Please provide a complete, accurate delivery address and contact details. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information, customs, carriers or events outside our reasonable control, but we will help investigate delayed or missing orders.
For UK consumer orders, we will deliver within 30 days unless another timeframe has been agreed with you.
Cancellations and returns
If you are a UK consumer buying online, you normally have 14 days from receiving the goods to tell us that you wish to cancel, without giving a reason. After notifying us, you normally have a further 14 days to return the goods. Contact Support@nexvor.store with your order details before returning anything.
You may inspect goods as you would in a shop. We may reduce a refund if handling beyond that necessary has reduced the item’s value. Unless the goods are faulty or we agree otherwise, you are responsible for return postage. Legal exceptions to cancellation rights may apply.
For customers outside the UK, mandatory local consumer rights apply and any additional return offer shown at checkout or in your order confirmation will also apply.
Refunds and faulty goods
For a valid UK cancellation, we will refund eligible payments, including standard outbound delivery, within 14 days after we receive the returned goods or acceptable evidence that they were sent back. Optional premium delivery costs are not refundable beyond the standard delivery amount.
If an item is faulty, damaged, not as described or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and supporting photos or video. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
Liability
We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or rights that consumer law does not allow us to exclude. Subject to those protections, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.
Intellectual property
The Nexvor name, site design, copy, graphics and original media are owned by us or used with permission. You may use the website for personal shopping only. You may not copy, resell, scrape or commercially exploit site content without written permission.
Law, changes and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer elsewhere, you keep any mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings available under the laws of your home country.
We may update these terms when our services or legal requirements change. The version displayed when your order is accepted applies to that order. Questions can be sent to Support@nexvor.store.
