Who controls your information
SIPARA INTERNATIONAL LTD is the controller of personal information collected through Nexvor. We are registered in England and Wales under company number 17296873, with our registered office at 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom.
Privacy questions and rights requests can be sent to Support@nexvor.store.
Information we collect
Depending on how you use the site, we may collect your name, email address, telephone number, billing and delivery address, order and return details, selected products, communications with support, and information needed to prevent fraud.
We may also receive technical information such as IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referral source and cookie or analytics identifiers. Payment details are processed by the relevant payment provider; we do not intend to store your full card number.
Why we use it
We use personal information to accept and fulfil orders, take payment, arrange delivery, provide customer support, handle returns, keep business and tax records, secure the website, prevent fraud, improve our products and services, and comply with legal obligations.
Our lawful bases include performing a contract with you, complying with law, pursuing legitimate interests such as operating and protecting the business, and consent where required—for example for optional marketing or non-essential cookies.
Who we share it with
We share only what is reasonably necessary with service providers that help us run the store, such as payment processors, hosting and analytics providers, delivery and fulfilment partners, customer-support tools, fraud-prevention services, and professional advisers. We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect legal rights, or in connection with a business sale or reorganisation.
These organisations may act as our processors or as separate controllers under their own privacy notices.
International transfers
Some providers or delivery partners may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where UK data-protection law requires it, we use a recognised adequacy arrangement or appropriate safeguards such as approved contractual clauses, together with any necessary risk assessment.
How long we keep it
We keep information only for as long as needed for the purpose collected. We consider legal, accounting and tax requirements, warranty and dispute periods, fraud prevention, the sensitivity of the information and operational need. We then delete or anonymise it where appropriate.
Cookies and analytics
Cookies and similar technologies may keep the site working, remember choices, understand performance and—only where permitted—support analytics or marketing. Essential cookies may be used without consent where legally allowed. You can control optional cookies through any cookie controls we provide and through your browser settings.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, UK data-protection law may give you rights to access, correct, erase or restrict your information; object to certain processing; receive portable information; and withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect earlier lawful processing.
You have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests and to direct marketing. To make a request, email Support@nexvor.store. We may need to verify your identity. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Security and children
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures designed to protect information. No online system is completely secure, so please keep account and order information confidential and tell us if you suspect misuse.
Our store is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children who cannot lawfully provide it.
Updates
We may update this policy as our services, providers or legal obligations change. The latest version and update date will remain on this page. For questions, contact Support@nexvor.store.
